Evelyn McDowell Missing Person Case

Evelyn Joyce McDowell, age 21, was last seen on January 19, 1984, in front of the Yolo County Social Services office in Woodland, California. At the time of her disappearance, Evelyn was wearing blue denim jeans, a light-colored shirt, dark oxford shoes, and possibly a blue jacket. She also had a tattoo of a small blue heart on her left shoulder. Despite extensive searches and investigations, no trace of Evelyn has been found.
