In the quiet city of Henderson, Nevada, a young mother named Wanda Joy Sanders was starting a new chapter in her life. At 23 years old, she was setting up a new home for herself and her young daughter. On the morning of February 11, 1985, Wanda left her mother's residence on Pueblo Boulevard around 8:00 a.m..
