Alina Settles, a 5-year-old girl, was last seen on July 23, 2013, in Henderson, Nevada. She was reportedly abducted by her non-custodial mother, Elena Settles. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Elena on February 4, 2015. Authorities suspect that Elena may have taken Alina to Russia, where they could be living under the alias last name "Shainyan."
