Russell Curtis Brooks, a 24-year-old homeless man, was last seen in downtown Portland, Oregon, around June 1, 1985. At the time of his disappearance, Brooks was living on the streets. Despite being missing for decades, a formal missing persons report wasn't filed until nearly 20 years later in October 2004.
