Kerby Allen Bessey, 27, was last seen on August 28, 1986, at the Blue Moon Café and Lounge on South Broadway Street in Coos Bay, Oregon. He was wearing a two-tone blue jacket, t-shirt, faded blue jeans, and brown house shoes at the time of his disappearance. Bessey had a scar on his abdomen and was described as standing between 5'11" and 6'0" tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
