Any updates on this case?
Richard Kenneth Morgan was last seen in Boulder, Colorado on April 1, 1993. Mr. Morgan had mental health issues and sent a suicide note to his ex-wife. However, there is some evidence of coursework at the University of New Mexico in 1994 and 1995, and in 2002, Mr. Morgan may have been working in Cedar Crest, New Mexico. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to please contact the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.
