Cris Tademy, 61, was last seen on January 30, 2006, at a Walgreens store located on Bridgeport Way in Lakewood, Washington, around 4:00 p.m. At the time of his disappearance, Cris suffered from several medical and mental health issues, including a heart condition, dementia, and schizophrenia, for which he required medication.
