Charles Alper, a 28-year-old man, disappeared on March 4, 2011, after reportedly going overboard from a fishing vessel approximately one mile northeast of Galilee, Narragansett, Rhode Island. He was part of the crew aboard the vessel when the incident occurred. Despite search efforts, his body was never recovered.
