Norman Donal Baxter, 31, was last seen in West Warwick, Rhode Island in February 2017. His disappearance is classified as endangered missing. The day before he vanished, on February 5, 2017, Baxter left his job at a Home Depot in Providence but did not return to his home. It was later discovered that he had been admitted to Kent Hospital for undisclosed reasons on that same day. On February 6th, Baxter left his mother a voicemail informing her that he had been discharged from the hospital; this was the last communication anyone had with him. At the time of his disappearance, he was prescribed Suboxone to manage opioid dependence.

Baxter is a white male, standing between 5'8" and 5'9" tall and weighing between 180 and 190 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and light blue sneakers. The West Warwick Police Department is handling the investigation into his disappearance and is asking for anyone with information to come forward. Despite the passage of time, few details have emerged in his case, and his family continues to search for answers.
