Norman Baxter, 31, was last seen in West Warwick, Rhode Island, on February 15, 2017. He had left his job at Home Depot on February 5 but did not return home. That same day, he was admitted to Kent Hospital and was discharged on February 6. Baxter left a voicemail for his mother indicating he had been discharged, but he has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and light blue sneakers.
