Norman Donal Baxter, 31, was last seen in West Warwick, Rhode Island in February 2017. His disappearance is classified as endangered missing. Baxter, who was dealing with bipolar disorder, alcoholism, and was in treatment for drug addiction, has not been seen or heard from since February 6, 2017, when he contacted his mother. He was officially reported missing on February 15, 2017.
