On December 3, 2011, Briana Conklin, age 3, and her older brother, Sebastian Conklin, age 5, were reported missing from Hallandale Beach, Florida. The siblings were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Marcela Conklin, who faced a felony kidnapping warrant issued two days later, on December 5, 2011. Authorities believe Marcela fled the country with Briana and Sebastian, with the most likely location being Cochabamba, Bolivia.
