James Vincent Colicchio, a 58-year-old self-employed stonemason, was last seen on August 31, 2013, in Queenstown, Maryland. His disappearance, however, was not reported to the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office until November 11, 2013, after he had not been seen for several months. Investigators discovered that Colicchio had been living in a commercial rental unit on 4H Park Road.
