James Vincent Colicchio, a 58-year-old man, was last seen on August 31, 2013, in Queenstown, Maryland. On November 11, 2013, he was reported missing after family members and neighbors became concerned due to his prolonged absence. Colicchio had been living in a commercial rental unit on 4H Park Road. When authorities investigated his rental unit, they found signs suggesting he had been gone since early September.
