Autumn Starr Cerenil-Lee, a 33-year-old mother of two, vanished in the winter of 2014, leaving behind a life that, by many accounts, was complex and challenging. She was last definitively seen in Denver, Colorado. On the day she disappeared, she was seen leaving PT's Showclub, where she was employed, in the company of an unidentified man. Later that same day, she was reportedly seen at a Motel 6 in the Denver area. A final communication was a phone message left for her ex-husband.
After these sightings and the message, Autumn was never heard from again. She grew up in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, and had an identical twin sister, which has led to speculation that she might have assumed her sister's identity. There was a potential but unconfirmed sighting of her in Cheyenne, Wyoming, about a month after she went missing.
Autumn is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing around 100 to 120 pounds. Her appearance is distinguished by numerous tattoos, including praying hands on her lower back, a phoenix on her upper right back, the zodiac signs for Libra and Cancer on the back of her neck, and a tattoo that goes around her waist. She also has breast implants, a pierced belly button, a cleft in her right ear, and surgical scars from a C-section and a tummy tuck. She has been known to use the nicknames Auty, Starr, or Starla. It has been noted that she had a history of drug abuse.
The circumstances surrounding Autumn's disappearance are troubling and have left her family with unanswered questions for over a decade. The fact that she was last seen with an unknown man has raised concerns of foul play. She left behind two children, one of whom had special needs. Tragically, her daughter Phoenix was killed in 2023, a heartbreak Autumn may not even be aware of.
