Irma Mkrtchyan, a 45-year-old insurance broker, was last seen on January 19, 2014, near the intersection of South Durango Drive and West Desert Inn in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the day of her disappearance, Irma had met a client at an apartment complex and texted her boss that she needed to miss work to attend a family funeral in California.
