John Radabaugh Jr., a 48-year-old man from Ocklawaha, Florida, went missing on February 25, 2014, under circumstances that left his family and authorities deeply concerned. John, who had the mental capacity of a toddler, was last seen outside his home, where he and his father were raking leaves.
