Andy Felix, a 29-year-old Hispanic/Black male of approximately 5'10″ in height and 180 lb, was reported missing from North Miami Beach, Florida. He was last seen on foot on July 23, 2024, near his residence in that neighborhood. His disappearance was investigated by the North Miami Beach Police Department under case number 2024072403 and was entered into public missing-person databases shortly thereafter.
