Oscar Macias, a 37-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on July 20, 2014, in the El Sereno area of Los Angeles, California. Standing 6'1" and weighing around 200 pounds, he had brown hair and eyes. Macias was known to have several distinctive tattoos, including the names "Janelle" and "Mariah" on his forearms and Aztec designs on his left arm and both legs.
