Michael Wayne Ogborn, aged 22, was last seen on October 29, 2014, in Omaha, Nebraska. On that day, he was involved in a police pursuit while driving a stolen pickup truck that was hauling a stolen ATV. Ogborn was accompanied by two passengers, Jeffrey Huff and Heidi Baxter. When the Missouri Valley Police attempted to pull the vehicle over, Ogborn, unaware that the truck was stolen, initially complied but drove off upon learning the truth from one of his passengers.
