On a winter day in 1974, twenty-year-old Robert Lovell Hall II disappeared in the waters near Kodiak, Alaska. On December 11, he was a passenger on a Grumman G-21A Goose seaplane that was on a scheduled flight from Old Harbor to Kodiak.
