Sandy Rideout, a 41-year-old woman, was last seen on April 24, 2006, in Bellingham, Washington. Although she resided in Ferndale, it was believed that she may have frequented the Seattle area around the time of her disappearance. For nearly a decade, Sandy's case remained unresolved until a significant breakthrough in November 2015.
