On November 20, 1984, a 36-year-old man named Clarke Noble Achey disappeared from Moore Township in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. He was a white male with black hair and brown eyes, stood at 6 feet tall, and weighed approximately 190 pounds. A notable characteristic was a tattoo of the name 'Barb' on his upper left arm. At the time he went missing, he was with his vehicle, a green 1967 Plymouth Fury with a Pennsylvania license plate numbered 78567U.
