Charles Alan Smith, aged 32, was last seen on November 18, 1985, in Whittier, California. He disappeared under suspicious circumstances after not showing up for a scheduled meeting with his wife. This was highly unusual for Charles, especially since his dog was found uncared for, which was out of character for him.
