Terri Lynn Fregia, a 23-year-old woman, was last seen on June 1, 1989, in Tarkington, Texas. At the time of her disappearance, Fregia was known to live a transient lifestyle, frequently moving between Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. She had been married multiple times and was the mother of three children. Before her disappearance, she had been working as an exotic dancer and had a history of struggles with drug use, as confirmed by her ex-husbands.
Fregia left behind her driver's license, car, clothing, and personal belongings at a relative’s home in Liberty County, which was highly unusual for her, leading her family to file a missing persons report. Despite this, her case went unreported in official databases until 2013, when a family member working in law enforcement discovered the oversight.
Though little physical evidence has surfaced over the years, authorities suspect foul play due to her complete disappearance. Investigators believe it is possible that Fregia met with foul play in Louisiana, where she was known to have been living prior to her disappearance.
