Terri Lynn Fregia, a 23-year-old woman, was last seen on June 1, 1989, in Tarkington, Texas. At the time of her disappearance, Fregia was known to live a transient lifestyle, frequently moving between Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. She had been married multiple times and was the mother of three children. Before her disappearance, she had been working as an exotic dancer and had a history of struggles with drug use, as confirmed by her ex-husbands.
