Fernanda Mendez-cardoza Missing Person Case

In the spring of 2022, a sense of concern rippled through a Houston, Texas community when 14-year-old Fernanda Mendez-cardoza was reported missing on April 20th. The young female was last seen at a Walmart situated in the 9400 block of W. Sam Houston Parkway South, in the company of a family member.
