Theresa Ann Wallace, a 34-year-old woman, was last seen on July 20, 1990, at her apartment in the 1100 block of South Lierman Avenue, Urbana, Illinois. That same evening, her vehicle, a silver 1985 Chrysler LeBaron, was seen parked at the Clark-Lindsey Village retirement home, a place with which she had no known connection.
