Leonard Demarcus Foster, a 20-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was last seen on December 17, 1993. He was last spotted in the 3300 block of West Highland in Milwaukee. Leonard is an African-American male, standing 5'7" tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray and blue Dallas jacket, blue pants with a white stripe, and black shoes.
