Donald Milton Manley, a 43-year-old man from Arcadia, Florida, was last seen on September 20, 2001. His disappearance was not reported until October 2, 2001, which complicated the search efforts. Shortly after he went missing, authorities discovered his car abandoned on Yorkshire Street in North Port, Florida, near a canal in a remote area. Despite extensive searches of the area, no trace of Donald was found, and he has not been heard from since.
Donald was last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue western-style shirt, blue jeans, and medical shoes, and he was known to wear eyeglasses. He also had metal screws surgically implanted in his right foot, which could serve as an identifying feature.
