Chandra Felita Jennings, a 36-year-old woman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was last seen on April 28, 2003, at a house on the city's south side. She has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Chandra was known to frequent areas around the 3700-3800 blocks of North Port Washington Road and 42nd and Capitol in Milwaukee.
