Tiana Neshelle Martin, a 10-year-old girl, went missing on July 1, 2003, in Fresno, California. At the time of her disappearance, Tiana lived with her aunt, Tamara Lynette Robinson, and her two older sisters in an apartment complex. Tiana had a history of health issues, including Graves Disease, which required regular medical supervision.
