William Gregory, a 30-year-old man from Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, went missing on December 30, 2003. He was last believed to have been the victim of a tragic incident in which he was reportedly dumped into the Conestoga River at the Safe Harbor Dam near the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County. Despite searches, his body was never recovered. At the time of his disappearance, Gregory was described as being 5'9", weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair.
