William Gregory, a 30-year-old man from Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, went missing on December 30, 2003. He was last believed to have been the victim of a tragic incident in which he was reportedly dumped into the Conestoga River at the Safe Harbor Dam near the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County.
