On a summer day in July of 2004, 39-year-old Donald Leroy Fulcher was with friends at Roosevelt Lake, a vast and scenic reservoir located in a rugged area of central Arizona, not far from Apache Junction. For reasons that remain unclear, Donald walked away from the group he was with and vanished into the surrounding wilderness. He has not been seen or heard from since that day, July 25, 2004.
