Beau Rasmussen, a 26-year-old resident of Emeryville, California, went missing on May 19, 2013, after participating in the Bay to Breakers race in San Francisco. Following the 7.46-mile event, Beau parted ways with friends in Golden Gate Park, telling them he planned to visit Ocean Beach. This was the last time anyone saw him.
