Dylan Steven West, a 23-year-old U.S. Army specialist stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was last seen on March 18, 2015. He was due to leave the Army under honorable circumstances on March 26, 2015. On the morning of March 19, Dylan failed to show up for his first formation.
