Pamela Marie Lovitt, 18, was last seen on September 26, 1977, in Westland, Michigan. She had told her family that she planned to move to Florida when she turned 18 and was supposed to visit her sister in Virginia. However, Pamela never made it to Virginia, and her family never heard from her again. Shortly after her disappearance, two letters were received by her mother, postmarked from Titusville, Florida, and Marmaduke, Arkansas, but it remains unclear if Pamela herself wrote these letters.
