Tey’Honnah Lynette Dye, a 20-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on March 28, 2020, in Statesville, North Carolina. Born on March 14, 2000, she was a beloved daughter, mother, and friend. Tey’Honnah was a 2018 graduate of Statesville High School, where she was an active cheerleader and known for her vibrant personality.
