Issam Ibrahim Atieh, aged 22, was last seen on December 9, 1984, in San Francisco, California. Atieh, who was of Saudi Arabian descent, was last seen at a beach in the area. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing a light gray jacket, matching dress pants, a white dress shirt, and black shoes. He also had a mustache at the time. Investigators suspect that Atieh may have drowned, though his body has never been recovered, leaving the exact circumstances of his disappearance unclear.
