Keith Dwayne Liggins, a 26-year-old man, was last seen in Chicago, Illinois, on January 1, 1994. At the time of his disappearance, Keith was struggling with a heavy drug addiction and was reportedly involved in theft to support his habit. He was last seen by his sister, who noted that his appearance had deteriorated.
