In the late summer of 2023, concern grew for a teenager from Covington, Kentucky, named Steven De Jesus Sepulbeda. On September 16, the 16-year-old was last seen in the vicinity of East 20th Street and Madison Avenue. At the time he went missing, he was described as being 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
