Seth is described as a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 185 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was bald, though his natural hair color is brown, and he has brown eyes. His appearance is distinguished by several tattoos and scars. He has a tattoo of the word "ZIP" on his upper back. He also has a number of scars, including on his right arm, hand, and head. Additionally, there is a burn scar on the left side of his left calf and a very large surgery scar on his left arm that runs from his elbow to his hand. When he was last seen, he may have been wearing a watch and a bracelet.
The Allen County Sheriff's Department has been handling the investigation into Seth's disappearance.
