Kenneth Thies Jr., 48, was last seen on November 8, 2009, in Cherry Grove, Oregon. He left his home that Sunday evening to take his three dogs for a walk in the nearby forested area. The next day, two of his dogs returned home alone, prompting concern. The third dog returned later, covered in mud, but Kenneth was nowhere to be found. His family reported him missing, and search efforts began immediately.
