Carlos Melgar-Perez, 25, was last seen on May 23, 2010, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. On the night of his disappearance, he had been visiting a friend at the South Bridge Apartments and was reportedly intoxicated. Witnesses believe that Carlos may have fallen from a third-floor balcony before leaving the area on foot. His cellphone and one of his shoes were later found near the apartment complex, but there were no other clues regarding his whereabouts.
