Michelle Deborah Hicks, a 25-year-old woman from Wharton, Texas, was last seen on July 12, 2014. She disappeared after leaving a residence in the 1000 block of West Spanish Camp in Wharton and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Michelle was wearing a white flowered dress, black tights, and flip-flops.
