John Christopher Terry, a 30-year-old from Hillsboro, Texas, was last seen on October 17, 2014, after running errands and visiting a Walmart. Surveillance footage captured him purchasing pet food before leaving alone in his vehicle, a silver 2014 Jeep Compass. The next day, his vehicle was found abandoned on a rural road near Abbott, Texas, about 25 miles from his home. Inside the vehicle, police found his cell phone, pet food, and cigarettes, but his wallet was missing.
