Ralph Belvedere, 62, was last seen on October 21, 2015, in Anderson, Indiana. He disappeared along with his friend, William Bragg III. The two men were last known to be traveling in Belvedere's black 2002 Pontiac Aztec, which also remains missing. The Indiana license plate on the vehicle was 4PE631.
