On October 21, 2015, 62-year-old Ralph Belvedere and his friend, 63-year-old William "Billy" Bragg, disappeared from Anderson, Indiana. The two men were last seen together, and concern for their welfare grew after Bragg's family reported they had not heard from him, which was unusual.
