In the autumn of 2015, a sense of unease settled over a community in Anderson, Indiana, with the disappearance of 63-year-old William "Billy" Dewey Bragg III. On October 21st, he was last seen with his close friend, 62-year-old Ralph Belvedere. The two men vanished, leaving behind questions that would linger for years to come.
