Initially, she claimed Angela was with her father, Henry Mathieu, but when investigators could not verify this, Marjorie offered various stories about Angela's fate, including that Angela had died accidentally during an argument or had been wrapped in a garbage bag and disposed of in a dumpster. Despite these disturbing claims, no concrete evidence has been found, and Angela's body has never been located.
