Angela Dufrene, a 19-month-old toddler, was last seen in Miami, Florida, around November 22, 2015, though her disappearance was not reported until eight months later in July 2016. Angela lived with her twin brother, older siblings, her mother Marjorie Dufrene, and Marjorie’s boyfriend. The family was under supervision by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) due to prior abuse incidents, but Angela’s absence went unnoticed for months.
