Jeremy Howard, a 19-year-old from Seattle, Washington, went missing on December 24, 2015, while visiting La Jolla Cove in San Diego, California. Jeremy was last seen early that morning with his sister's husband, watching the waves. He disappeared in a matter of minutes when his brother-in-law briefly turned his back.
