David Kenji Hashioka, a 66-year-old man, was last seen on February 28, 2022, leaving his nursing care center in Glendale, California, with his belongings. He had short gray hair, a sparse mustache and goatee, and brown eyes. He was wearing a black puffy jacket or vest, a gray hooded zip-up sweatshirt, a white T-shirt, red sweatpants, blue sweatpants, brown socks, and white tennis shoes.
