Rene Perez Jr., a 6-year-old boy, disappeared on September 20, 1994, along with his mother, Cecilia Newball, in Chatsworth, California. The two were last seen at their apartment, where they lived with Cecilia's husband, Alfredo Newball. On the day of their disappearance, Alfredo left for work, and when he returned, both Cecilia and Rene were gone.
