Raymond Hickman, 86, was last seen on January 30, 2016, in Cannon Beach, Oregon. He left his home around 11:30 a.m. for his usual walk. There were possible sightings of him later that day near Highway 101, close to the Arch Cape tunnel. Hickman suffered from Alzheimer's disease, which raised serious concerns about his safety.
