On a winter day in Cannon Beach, Oregon, 87-year-old Raymond Roland Hickman, a male resident known for his daily walks, vanished without a trace. On January 30, 2016, at approximately 11:30 a.m., he left his home for what was believed to be his usual stroll around the scenic coastal town. Mr. Hickman was reportedly wearing a gray shirt, blue denim jeans, a black jacket, and a red ball cap. He also had on tan work boots and his eyeglasses.
