Arianna Fitts, a 2-year-old girl from Oakland, California, has been missing since February 1, 2016. Her disappearance became widely known after her mother, Nicole Fitts, was found murdered in a shallow grave in San Francisco's John McLaren Park on April 8, 2016. Nicole had been last seen on April 1, 2016, after receiving a call that allegedly lured her out to meet with Arianna's babysitter. However, Arianna had already been missing for several weeks prior to her mother's death, last seen in Oakland while in the care of babysitters Helena Martin, her husband Devin Martin, and Helena's sister, Siolo Hearne.

Nicole had reportedly faced difficulties retrieving Arianna from the babysitters in the weeks leading up to her death, raising suspicions about their involvement. Although the babysitters were questioned multiple times, no arrests have been made in connection with the case, and police continue to investigate the circumstances of both Nicole's murder and Arianna's disappearance.

Authorities, including the FBI and the San Francisco Police Department, have offered a reward of $250,000 for any information that could lead to finding Arianna or solving her mother's murder. Arianna's family continues to hold out hope that she may still be alive, and forensic sketches have been released to show what she might look like as she grows older.
